You’ll be able to meet your Site Manager when it's convenient for you and we'll keep in touch with you throughout the build. If there are any questions or concerns that arise during this process, our team will be on hand 24/7 by phone or email.
Before we hand over the keys, our team carries out hundreds of detailed quality checks to make sure that your new home is perfect.
We’ll also be on hand to help you get settled in and answer any questions or concerns about the property, including how everything works from heating systems through appliances - we want this transition into a brand-new life with us as easy for everyone involved!
If there are things which need fixing before moving day then our team will do all they can so these issues don't become problems later down the line when it's too late.
Once you're settled in, our Customer Service team will call to check on your new home and see how you're getting on. We want to make sure that your new home is everything it should be and we'll do whatever's needed so this transition into a brand-new life with us as easy for everyone involved!
